Hi Savanna! If you only ever plan to bake recipes calling for discard then you should be okay to continue on your regular schedule as long as you don't let it go too long without a maintenance feed. If you were trying to use it as ripe starter, however, it may take a series of feedings at room temperature to become mature again. Happy baking!
