Hi Stephani, we don't recommend feeding your sourdough starter with bleached all-purpose flour, but as long as it's still bubbling I wouldn't worry too much. A few days of twice a day feedings at room temperature should help restore your starter's health. Our normal starter feeding routine involves keeping 1/2 cup (4 ounces, 113g) starter and feeding this 1/2 cup (4 ounces, 113g) water and 1 scant cup (4 ounces, 113g) unbleached all-purpose flour.
