Thanks so much - that’s a relief! I did cut down to a smaller starter. I’m currently using 1/4 cup starter, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup flour. It’s been killing me using SO much flour every day so I cut it in half! Hopefully if I just keep going with this smaller starter it will start to do something!
