Hi T, can you give me a little more information about how you've been feeding your starter? Are you doing equal parts by weight of starter, flour and water and feeding twice daily? If your starter was exposed to temperatures anywhere close to 140ºF, this could have killed it. However, if it's still bubbling then it's likely that something about your feeding routine is causing it to become sluggish. Try to store your starter in an environment that is in the 70's, be sure you discard each time you feed your starter, and consider following our recipe, if you're not already doing so. Chances are your starter will be back to rising predictably in no time.
