Hi there,
I’ve been working on my starter for the last 3 weeks and it is rising and bubbling away. But it does not float when I drop bits of it in water. I feel it looks ready. Is it definitely not ready if it doesn’t float? Thanks so much for sharing your advice. -Siobhan
