Hi, I recently started my sourdough starter, and in the process of making my first loaf! However, I was wondering how should I maintain it post creating the mother - I have two questions. 1) Preferably I would like to bake a loaf every 2 weeks, how often would I feed it? And 2) my starter is a rye starter, but I am running out of my rye flour, and unable to purchase anymore due to shortages, how would it be okay to feed white bread flour to my starter now?
