Hi, I got my starter from a friend about 10 days ago. Im pretty sure it's bloomed twice and it smells great...just like sourdough should. The problem is it gets this hard crust on the top that looks like a half cooked pancake with little bubbles in it. I've looked on websites and can't find anyone with a similar experience. What am I doing wrong? How can I fix it? Thanks!
