Hi,

It has been 6 days since I have started my sourdough starter. I feed it once a day in the morning and it rises well in after afternoon and early evenings, with a nice comb like texture, but deflates by morning. I tried the float test a couple of times with the discarded starter. It floated well on day 3 but has been miserably failing the floating test since. What can I do?

I live in India and the avg temperature here is around 34.C or 93.F
