Hi,
Thanks a lot for the amazing tips!
The problem I am having is that I feed my starter every 24 hours and it was doing fine until now. I realized that the starter collapsed 5-6 hours after I fed it and I opened the jar and the smell was quite disturbing, it didn't have a fruity sour smell and it smelled like vomit. I read that it might be caused by unwanted bacterial growth but if I keep feeding it regularly the yeast cells would kill the bacteria and eventually mature. Is that true, should I just keep feeding the starter, or should I just start with a new one?
Thank you in advance!
