Hi! I'm attempting my first starter. I started 7 days ago. I have kept it on top of my fridge for 7 days at room temperature. My question is, I have not fed it since I fed it last on Day 4 (the last feeding before it was considered 'ready' to use). I have not fed it more since and have not placed in the fridge. Is it dead? :/
