Hi Barb,

I started my sourdough starter about 6 days ago. I started with 100 grams or King Arthur White Whole Wheat Flour and 100grams of water. I initially I had a few bubbles and quite a lot of hootch. I realized I wasn't feeding it enough. Initially I was only feeding it 25 grams of water and 25 grams of flour a day. About 3 days agoI upped to feeding it 100 grams of four and water a night. I haven't seen a lot of activity just a few bubbles. How long do you think I should keep with this feeding if until I see results? Or do you think I just need to start a new starter?
