Hi Barb,

I'm having the same issues as Lily. My starter looked wonderful on Day 4 and then slumped down into what looks more like a batter, with some bubbles after feeding. That said, would it work if I tried baking with it now? I did feed it again on Day 5 and am waiting to see the results. Thank you!
