Hi, my starter is on day five with no rise. I get some bubbles throughout, but I don’t see any on the top of the starter. It doesn’t seem to be growing at all, the top doesn’t even spread out and flatten. I use the recipe by Joshua Weissman for my starter. Am I doing something wrong? What should I do?
