Hello! I just started my own sourdough starter 6 days ago with 20 g unbleached bread flour and 20 g water. It has been active for its next 3 days while I regularly feed it with 40 g flour + 40 g water and 80 g flour + 80 g water respectively. On day 4, I discarded everything except for 50 g and fed it with 100 g flour mix (50/50 APF and unbleached bread flour) + 100 g water. On day 5, I discarded everything again except for 40 g and fed it with 40 g flour mix and 40 g water. I did this twice a day on Day 5. I am now on Day 6 and ever since day 4, there is little to no activity. I only see bubbles on top but it's not rising. I live in the Philippines and our temperature goes from 79-90F. Am I feeding it wrong? Should I start all over again?
