Hello! I'm new to sourdough and am following your starter instructions. I'm on day five and day 1-4 I saw a lot of activity (significant rise, lots of bubbles) However, after my AM feeding yesturday (day 4) there has been hardly any activity. Only a few bubbles and no rise. I've been feeding on a 12 hour schedule and keeping it in the oven with the light on ( I havent turned the oven on at all) Thanks for your help!
