Hi Patti, bubbling is an excellent sign, so don't despair! It can take varying amounts of time for a starter to begin rising predictably, and it generally takes at least 10 days to develop a fully mature starter. I would continue feeding as you have been. Once the starter is rising predictably and has a pleasant aroma, then you should be good to go! For more help troubleshooting your starter please give our Baker's Hotline a call at 855-371-2253.
