Hi, Totally new to all this - after a couple days my starter seemed dry on top and I’m worried it was orange streaks and should throw it out. Is there a way to send a pic? I read elsewhere that it’s normal with just a cheese cloth or towel over it but I would like additional thoughts. I did stir it in and have not noticed any additional drying or coloring... I switched to a new glass container and put the top on top but not air tight. It’s loose still with bubbles but maybe it needs more flour?
