So after 3or 4 feedings in the last 2 days I don’t see any bubbles forming and I keep seeing a think layer of hooch on top. I’ve decided to switch from bread flower to whole wheat since that’s what I had. I took equal amounts of my current starter and flower and water. If this doesn’t do anything I guess I’ll have to buy all purpose flower.
