You'll never really know until you give it a try, Michael! We don't have access to White Lily up here, but we've truly enjoyed the tender, light results from this soft, silky flour. You can feel good knowing that we have incredibly high standards of quality, bakeability, and great flavor with all of our products, (especially our flour, the bread and butter of our company.) Experimentation is such a huge part of baking, so we encourage you to do a little testing of your own to see which biscuits hit the spot. If they aren't your favorite with our flour, that's OK! We have many other recipes that call for it from biscotti to coffee cake and all the way to some spicy cheddar jalepeño muffins! Annabelle@KAF
