How do you get the rice flour to stick to the bread dough? When I added the rice flour, two problems immediately occurred. 1. Upon scoring, the rice flour found its way into the areas I scored, and 2. The rice flour didn’t stay on the bread after it was baked. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your advice.
