Hi Cherry. For the filling, we'd actually recommend using the gluten-free flour you used in the crust in place of the cornstarch to thicken your filling. 1/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons mixed in with your sugar and fruit should do the trick. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
