Thank you so much for this mix! I am grossly gluten sensitive, life threatening sensitive! I have been trying to mix flours for pie crust for about four years, came close but not quite close enough. Got two bags of this measure for measure flour for Chirstmas. Made gluten free pies for Holidays. Crusts were good but a bit hard, right on the brink of flaky. This recipe is just what I had in mind, more butter! Love this gf flour mix, will be my go to mix from now on. I love and am willing to pay a bit extra for the convenience. Am also sensitive to cornstarch, caused gallbladder inflammation, Question: would potato starch be a good sub?
