We like the idea, Rita, but we think that lemon curd and sweet cheese combination might be just a little bit too loose to act as a filling for rugelach. If you're determined to go ahead and try it, we'd recommend adding 2 tablespoons of Instant ClearJel to the sugar that's mixed with the filling ingredients. This will help the filling set and will make it less likely that it'll weep out during baking. Good luck! Kye@KAF
