OH. MY GOD. These are SO GOOD! Like little mini croissants filled with sweet, nutty filling. I used a scotch whisky orange marmalade to brush the dough and baked them to a beautiful golden color. Incredibly tender and flaky. I can honestly say these are one of the best things I have ever baked!
