This reminds me of a cookie my Mom’s old coworker used to make. Mom would bring the bag home and I would eat it all in one sitting they were so good. Her cookie contained a prune-type filling. While I didn’t quite hit the mark, it was fairly close. Thanks for bringing back the memories! How do you roll the cookie without getting the sticky filling all over the top of the cookie?
