This was my first Bake Along with KAF. I have wanted to attempt these for a while. I made the dough and baked the first round of Rugalah yesterday. Those were devoured. I kept the second two rounds in the fridge overnight. The dough was even better to work with. They are baking now. It is a great recipe. I will try the apricot another time. Your instructions are great! I will try other bake alongs now that this was such a success! Oh, I used the boiled cider as a wash and I think it really added to the taste.
