I made these over the weekend and they were hit! I made one with the walnut-cranberry filling, apple-cinnamon filling, and blackberry jam - dark chocolate filling. The apple-cinnamon was the favorite. The blackberry jam and dark chocolate was delicious, but the it melted and spread all over my pan. Any suggestions on how to give it some structure to withstand the heat of the oven for next time?
