It's our pleasure to be able to offer this option whenever we can, Sharyn, and we certainly appreciate the desire to measure accurately. The really good news is that our Measure for Measure Flour weighs out the same as our All-Purpose Flour: 4.25 oz or 120 grams, so it's "measure for measure" by weight or by volume. Hope this helps!
