PJ, perfect timing. I've been contemplating rugelach for a while and need to make some this week. Why the choice of butter, cream cheese, and sour cream? I've seen several recipes which use butter and cream cheese but have one recipe that is all butter. I have a sour cream chocolate cake recipe that never, ever is dry so that addition seems good too. Thanks
