Meg, we haven't done it in our test kitchen, but several home bakers have indicated they've made these in a jumbo muffin pan very successfully! They will probably take a bit longer to bake, but we'd check on them at 30 minutes anyhow just to see how they're doing and then add time as needed from there. Happy baking! Kat@KAF
