Well I’m going to purchase the book. As I looked at it on Amazon, I found a typo in the Fatteh hummus. Is it baking powder or baking soda? I will assume soda. I love watching Julie Taboulie’s cooking show. She is truly blessed to have her mother and grandmothers recipes passed down. I do not prefer more salt and will use the lesser amount.
