This looks delicious and I'm hoping to try it soon. I'm a "gluten free"person, not by choice so I'm wondering if Measure for Measure or the gf all purpose flour would work as well. Also, I read that gf yeast bread calls for a different technique. How so, please! Before I was gluten free I made bread with your bread flour and it was so nice to knead the dough and smell the yeast while baking and then ...........ummmmmmm so good. I hope to try this soon. Thanks.
