Just made this for my daughter-in-law who requested a gf lemon bunft cake. I made a few minr changes to ensure plenty of lemony tartness. For the liquid instead of a cup of milk I used 1/3 cup of lemon juice with 1/4 tsp of lemon zest and added milk enough to make 1 cup. Added 1 TBS lemon zest to the icing. My dayghter- in-law loved this cake! WE ALL DO!!
