Is there a difference between King Arthur GF All Purpose Flour and the Measure for Measure that you use in the recipe. If so, can the all purpose be used, and is there anything else that would have to be added or subtracted from the recipe. Thanks for this recipe. Have been so wanting a gf lemon pound cake.
