Hi, I am interested in making your gf lemon bundt cake recipe, but I bought the KA All-Purpose Flour by mistake. What is the difference in the ingredients between the 2 flours, and can the recipe be modified , i.e., substituting another flour for part of the amount in the all-purpose mix? I'm thinking coconut, perhaps. Thanks!
