Hi Patricia, we've provided a link in the post to the lemon oil we carry (and really like), made by Boyajian. You can also find it on our site here. We love that it enables us to easily add zesty lemon flavor, but keep in mind that it is an optional ingredient. If you prefer, you can use the finely grated rind of 2 medium lemons instead.
