Thanks for checking, Fran. We ran this one by Alyssa, the author of blog, and here's what she had to say: "I think this cake wouldn't work with an egg replacer, unfortunately. As a general rule of thumb, I don't have success replacing anymore than 3 eggs in a recipe (and that's pushing it), usually I recommend only two.
