I am big fan of KAF Boiled Apple Cider. Have you developed recipes that incorporate it as a sugar substitute? I doesn't satisfy that sweetness of sugar but does the fructose help with the chemical reactions that sugar would provide? I might try to soften a bowl of berries with it without heat and see if the berries start to exude juice. Another thought. I like to add ginger mini chips because I adore ginger in anything. It adds zing to a muffin that has reduced sugar content.
