Hi Hope, I'm assuming you're referring to our Baguette Pan. If this is the case, check our our recipe for Baguette Pan Baguettes, for step by steps on how to use your new pan. You can certainly allow the shaped baguettes to rise in the pan, but we recommend using a stiffer dough with this pan, as a very wet dough may get stuck in the perforations. If you do want to try using a wetter dough, you might consider lining the pan with sprayed parchment paper. I would also recommend lightly spraying your pan with a good baking spray when not using parchment. Hand wash your pan after baking to help prevent a greasy build up. 

Of course this isn't the only baguette recipe you can make in your pan, but it's helpful to note that the quantity of dough per baguette in this recipe is approximately 280g/10 ounces. If you stick to this weight when making other recipes, this should ensure that the baguettes will fit nicely in your pan.
