Can we take a class with the KAF bakers? It could be a great getaway. That sounds lovely as I am self-teaching yeast during COVID-19 quarantine and am doing a lot of trial and error. But I must say I’m feeling quite accomplished.
Side note: I have had my best success with KAF recipes and guides and am now a loyal customer!
