Christina, we've found that vegetable- and nut-based milks perform close enough to regular dairy milk that you can substitute them for plain milk in a biscuit recipe. Depending on their level of fat, your biscuits made with one of these milks will be more tender or less so; your choice, depending on what non-dairy milk you use. Hope this helps — PJH@KAF
