Hi there, Patricia! By canned milk, we are assuming you mean evaporated milk. Evaporated milk has a fat content that is comparable to light cream. So we would say the results would be somewhere between the biscuits made with heavy cream and half & half. The resulting biscuits would probably be pretty good! Happy baking! Morgan@KAF
