Hi there, question about the kneading step after mixing the dough... the instructions do not mention adding flour to the working surface so I had a wet mess on my hands (literally!) and counter top. I would have had to add a lot of flour to make it knead "properly" and get a nice and smooth dough. Any suggestions here? Should I add flour and knead away? Thank you!
