The two tablespoons of sugar called for in our Angel Biscuits recipe can be omitted if desired. The biscuits may brown slightly less; you can try brushing the biscuits with heavy cream or melted butter before baking to encourage better browning. The biscuits may also be just the slightest bit less moist. You can try adding an additional tablespoon of butter to the dough to compensate for this. Happy biscuit baking! Kye@KAF
