If I decided to omit sugar completely from an average bread recipe, lessen it, or replace it with the same amount of honey, would there be a large difference in result? From what I've read, less sugar means it rises faster, but may taste more bland and won't brown as much. But would I have to change any other measurements? This article was super helpful, so I think these are my only real questions. Thank you so much! :D
