Absolutely delicious, thank you! A quick question, however: Is there a way to turn the cakes out of the pans without crushing/deflating the meringue? My meringue had the most beautiful peaks and valleys that were flattened after I turned my cakes out. Still tasted amazing, but wasn't as pretty as I would have liked. Thank you again for a stellar recipe!
