Hi Dorene, we're so glad you were able to knock the socks off your dinner guests, so to speak. :) The middle of the oven should be just fine for the Blitz Berry Torte — save the bottom of your oven for when you're making things like flat bread, pizza, etc. that you want to have a crispy bottom crust.
