I made Babka following your recipe for the first time earlier this week, using dark cocoa with the espresso in the filling mixture, and it is out of this world fabulous and beautiful. Your step by step instructions made what seem like a daunting recipe very manageable. Tomorrow some friends and I are getting together to make more and the pics in this post will be very helpful.
