Hi Curtis! We have found that breads really are best when they are sliced after they have cooled down completely (down to your room temperature). There is not a standardized temperature range to recommend here. Enjoying a warm slice of that fresh loaf just pulled out of the oven is very tempting! But, for the best results, try to keep your hands (and eyes) off of it until it is cool to the touch. (We won't tell if you happen to jump in a bit earlier though!)
