I am planning to include some mini babkas in my holiday care packages this year. My test loaves were a hit in my house!
Do you have any tips on how to make the babkas ahead of time so I can best manage my time during the hectic lead-in to Christmas? I want my baked goods to be reasonably fresh when they reach their intended recipients, but I don't think I can pull off a one-day baking marathon!
